In 1901 John Tredinnick, aged 86, born in Phillack, widower, retired saddler, was living in Commercial Road, Phillack. With him were son-in-law John Webb Truscott (45) of St. Erme Cornwall, pork dealer, and daughter Mary Anne Truscott (52) of Phillack.
