In 1841 John Tredinnick, aged 45, born in the county, saddler, and wife Elizth Tredinnick, aged 45, born in the county, were living in Copperhouse, Phillack, Cornwall. With them were son Edward (20), joiner, (mother-in-law) Mary Murley (70), ind., son John Tredinnick (25), saddler, (his wife) Mary Tredinnick (25), and (their children) Henry Tredinnick (2) & William Tredinnick (1).

In 1851 Jno. Tredinnick, aged 59, born in Lelant Cornwall, sadler, and wife Elizabeth Tredinnick, aged 56, born in Phillack, were living in Copper House West, Phillack. With them were Elizabeth's mother Mary Murley (80) of St. Erth, widow, ret'd house keeper, and grandchildren Mary George (8) of Phillack, scholar, Edwin Tredinnick (7) of Phillack, scholar, and John F. Tredinnick (4) of Bristol Gloucestershire.
