Gives £6 to his wife Jane Hockin.
All the rest of his goods, chattels, livestock, lands and tenements he gives to his children jointly, in trust to Mr. Peter C. Veale* of Penzance and Mr. Richard Rosewarn† of Gwithian, during his children's minorities.
