Nominates as trustees of his Will his friends Ralph Rivers of Rodbourne Cheney, John Large of Buttermilk Mason, Richard Smith of Bushton and John Smith of Wootton Bassett in co. Wilts, gentlemen, directing them to pay his wife Martha the interest arising from his personal estate for the maintenance of their two children Susannah Bradford and Richard Bradford, then under the age of 21 years.
Should his wife Martha married for a second time he directs his trustees to pay her £150 on the day of her marriage.
Appoints his wife Martha sole executrix of his last will and testament.
