On 24 August 1872 Richard Wynne Williams and his brother Humphrey were granted Administration of their mother's personal effects.

In 1881 Richd. W. Williams (39) of Llanelltyd, chemist, surgeon, dentist, and wife Sarah J. (37) of Dolgelly, were living in Eldon Square Dolgelly.

In 1891 Richard W. Williams (49) of Llanelltyd, surgeon, dentist & chemist, and wife Sarah J. (47) of Dolgelly, were living in Eldon Square Dolgelly.

In 1901 Richard W. Williams (59) of Tynygroes Dolgelley, chemist & druggist, surgeon & dentist, and wife Sarah J. W. Williams (57) of Helygog Dolgelley, were living in Queen's Square, Dolgelley.

In 1911 Richard Wynne Williams (69) of Llanelltyd Merionethshire, chemist & dentist, widower, was living in Queen's Square, Dolgelley. Present were nephew George Wynne Williams (31) of Llanidloes Montgomery, chemist & druggist, and niece Harriet Williams (32) of Llanidloes, school teacher, both single.
