Abstract of the Will of John Stone of the Parish of Phillack in the County of Cornwall, written 26 Feb 1707/8, proved 29 Apr 1708. 2

Gives 40 shillings to his mother.

Gives to his brother Thomas Stone 20 shillings.

All the rest of his goods & chattels he gives to his wife Katherine whom he appoints sole executrix of his last will and testament.
