In 1790 Bennett Cock was co-executor and a beneficiary of his mother's will, receiving a large brass brewing pan.

In 1805 Bennett Cock was granted Administration of the personal effects of his late sister Margaret Cock of Gwithian, spinster.

Bond upon the Administration of his goods &c. was granted 17 Oct 1814 to Priscilla Cock, the widow of the said deceased. Bondsmen: Richard Hockin the younger, yeoman, and John Cock, yeoman, both of the parish of Gwithian. 2
