In 1861 Philippa Jenkin (30) of Gwinear and husband John Jenkin (33) of St. Ives, wheel wright & grocer, were living in Camborne. Lodging was [Philippa's widowed father] John Tremayne (64) of Phillack, assayer.

In 1871 Philippa Jenkin (40) of Gwinear and husband John Jenkin (45) of St. Ives, wheelwright, were living in Roskear Villas, Camborne. At home were children (born in Camborne): William J. (6), scholar, Maria (4), scholar, Eliza T. (1), John's sister's son John Nancurvis (27) of St. Ives, wheelwright.

In 1881 Philippa Jenkin (50) of Gwinear and husband John Jenkin (54) of St. Ives, wheelwright, were living in Roskear Villas, Camborne. Present were children: William J. (16), Maria (14), scholar, Eliza T. (11), scholar, [Philippa's aunt] Eliza Martin (78) of Gwinear, widow, was lodging.

In 1901 Philippa Jenkin (70), living on her own means, was in Rosekear Villas, Camborne. With her were daughter Eliza Tremayne (31) of Camborne, single, domestic assistant, son William J. (37) of Camborne, married, wheelwright, and his wife Elizabeth D. (27) of Helston.

In 1911 Philippa Jenkin (80) of Gwinear, widow, mother of 5 children (2 deceased), was with her widowed son William J. Jenkin (46) of Camborne, wheelwright (own account). He had no children. There also was Eliza Tremayne Jenkin (41).
