Abstract of the Will of Mathew Tremayne of Angarrack in the Parish of Phillack in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman, written 3 Jul 1833, proved 26 Mar 1838. 5
Gives and bequeaths to his children William, Henry, John, Samuel, Mary and Alfred all his property, to be divided equally, namely the inn with the stable and garden adjacent, his leasehold property including the houses currently occupied by his sons Henry, Samuel and Alfred, one third part of the leasehold of Carwin estate including the great mill in the moor, and his other personal effects.
Authorises Mr. Francis Harvey of Hayle Copperhouse to manage the sale of his property on behalf of his children, and to pay out of the proceeds all debts incurred since the death of his late wife Margaret, in particular an amount of £95 due to the said Francis Harvey, whom he nominates as executor in Trust.
