Gives 10 shillings to the poor of the parish of Gwinear.
Gives 12 pence to his son Tobias Lanyon.
Gives £10 to his son Henry Lanyon.
Gives £50 each to his daughters Susanna Lanyon, Constance Lanyon, Mary Lanyon and Jane Lanyon.
Gives one shilling to each of his grandchildren.
All the rest of his goods and chattels he gives to his wife Susanna Lanyon whom he appoints sole executrix of his last will and testament.
