The king has ... given respite to Falkes de Bréauté from the scutage he ought to render to him for the lands of William of Torrington and the lands formerly of William son of Martin in the bailiwick of the sheriff of Dorset and Somerset , because he has the custody until 15 days after Michaelmas next forthcoming in the second year, and because he will answer the king then.
