Inquisitions after a writ dated 28 Jun "10 Edw I" following the death of "Thomas son of Otto” name “his three daughters Joan aged 14, Maud aged 11 and Beatrice age 8, are his next heirs”. 1

Essex. Inq. Wednesday after the Sunday when Quasimodo geniti is sung, 2 Edw. I.

Belchamp in the hundred of Hengford. The manor (extent given) with the advowson of the church, held of the king in chief as of the honour of Boulogne by service of 1 knight's fee.
Otto his son, aged 10 at the feast of St. Michael, 2 Edw. I, is his heir.

Gestingthorp in the hundred of Hengford. The manor (extent given) with the advowson of the church, including a tenement at Gosfeud, held of the earl of Gloucester by service of 1 knight's fee.

Huntingdon. Inq. Saturday the 1st of the Kalends of May, 2 Edw. I.

Hamerton. The manor (extent given) held of Sir John de Burgo of the barony of Launvaleye by service of a red sparrowhawk (niso).

Wodemonecote. 2 carucates land (extent given) held of Maurice de Berkeleye in chief by service of ½ knight's fee and ½ mark rent for amercements of bakers and brewers, which service is assigned to Lady Joan de Berkele in dower.

Belchamp (de Bello Campo). The manor (extent given) with the advowson of the church, held of the king in chief of the honour of Boulogne by service of ½ knight's fee; 2a. meadow and a windmill held of Robert de Ive rendering 30s. yearly; and 14a. land held of Fulk de Vallibus by service of 4s.
His three daughters, Joan aged 14, Maud aged 11, and Beatrice aged 8, are his next heirs.
