Property: The manor of Norton' Cheyne.
Action: Plea of covenant.
Agreement: Ralph, Margery, Lawrence and Margaret have acknowledged the manor to be the right of John, as that which John, Roger and Walter have of their gift, and have remised and quitclaimed it from themselves and the heirs of Margery and Margaret to John, Roger and Walter and the heirs of John for ever.
Warranty: Warranty.
For this: John, Roger and Walter have given them 100 marks of silver.
