In 1911 Brinley Norman Jones, aged 30, born in Swansea Glamorgan, single, yeast merchant, was with his parents in Swansea, Glamorgan.
In the 1939 Register Brinley N Jones (b. 2 Nov 1880), w/sale yeast merchant, and wife Sarah R Jones (b. 18 Mar 1883), unpaid domestic duties, were living at 8 Long Oaks Avenue, Swansea, Glamorgan. At the same address was [son] Kenneth F Jones (b. 12 Jul 1917), research student.

Swansea resident dead
Mr. Brinley N. Jones, of 8, Long Oaks-avenue, Swansea, who has died in Swansea Hospital, was a well-known business man, having been in the yeast trade for over 50 years, in Alexandra-road. On his way to business on Saturday, he collapsed in the street, and died some hours later at the hospital. Mr. Jones was a popular figure among the business fraternity, and a member of Rhyddings Park-road Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by a widow and one son, Mr. Kenneth Jones, in London.

SWANSEA MAN WEDS.
The wedding took place in the parish church of Ambleston of Mr. Brinley Norman Jones, of Gladstone-buildings, Swansea, and Miss Sarah Rose Griffiths, Commerce House, Ambleston. The officiating minister was the Rev. T. Jones (vicar). Mrs. Jones, Ambleston Vicarage, presided at the organ. The church was decorated for the occasion, as was also the church-room, where the reception was held.
The best man was Mr. Idwal Griffiths, and the bridesmaids were Miss G. M. Evans (Clarbeston-road), Miss Maud Griffiths (sister of the bride), and Miss Hilda Jones (sister of the bridegroom). The honeymoon will be spent in London.
