In 1901 Leonard S Jenkins, aged 10, born in Cadoxton Glamorgan, was with his parents in New House, Church Rd., Cadoxton-juxta-Barry, Glamorgan.
In April 1915 Leonard Spickett Jenkins and his brother Thomas Oliver Jenkins, bank clerks, were granted Probate of their late father's personal effects.
In the 1939 Register Leonard S Jenkins (b. 1 Nov 1890), bank manager, and wife Jennie G Jenkins (b. 22 Apr 1901), unpaid domestic duties, were living at 136 Glanmor Road, Swansea, Glamorgan. At the same address were [sons] Robert O Jenkins (b. 6 Dec 1928), at school, and John P Jenkins (b. 28 May 1932), at school.
In March 1950 Leonard Spickett Jenkins, bank manager, was granted Probate of the personal effects of his late father-in-law John Clarke Rees of Swansea.

A wedding of considerable interest was solemnized on Thursday morning, at Ebenezer Congregational Church, Swansea, when Miss Jennie G. Rees, elder daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Rees, the well-known drapers, High-street, Swansea, was married to Mr. Leonard S. Jenkins (chief clerk at Messrs. Barclays Bank, Wind-street, Swansea), second son of Mrs. and the late Mr. Oliver Jenkins, Cadoxton, Barry.
Miss Rees was also attached to the staff of Messrs. Barclays Bank, Wind-street, for nine years. The Rev. Edward Jones (pastor) officiated, and was assisted by the Rev. W. James, the former pastor of Ebenezer Church, and the organ was played by the church organist, Madam Megan Glantawe (Mrs. A. James)....
