Parties:
1) Nowell Michell of Gwinear, yeoman, and wife Amy, daughter of John Nanscawen, gentleman deceased
2) Arthur, their son, to
3) William Steven of Gwinear, yeoman.
(1) own one fifth part of Tresoderan or Tresodren in St Columb Major; also one fifth part of Dennys Vean or Dinas-asowan in St Columb; also one fifth part in Nanscavan in St Dennis, one fifth part of Ventangleader in Probus, and one fifth part of rent payable yearly to Francis Gregor for a house in Truro.
Marriage has taken place between (2) and Margery, daughter of (3); all premises except Ventongleader now in occupation of Isaac Michell, to his own use.

I Nowell Michell als. Angove being aged & weak in body but perfit in memorie & understandinge thankes be given to Almightie god, doe make my last Will & Testament in manner & forme followinge
First I bequeath my soule in to the hands of Jesus Christ & my body to be buried in Christian buriall.
Imprimis I give to the poore of the p'ish of Gwiniar vs to be delivered by the mynister & overseers amongst those that be impodent & in greatest need.
It. I give unto Arthur my Sonne xiid & to his children vid apiece.
It. to William my Sonne xiid & to his children vid apiece.
It. to John my Sonne xiid & to his children vid apiece.
It. to Henry my Sonne xiid.
It. to Elizabeth Verran my daughter xiid & to her children vid apiece
It. to the children of Bennat Rosewarne vid apiece.
It. to Anne Michell my daughter I give xiid.
It. [to] Margaret my daughter xiid.
It. I give to my daughter Margery xiid.
It. for tythes forgoten iiis 4d.
The rest of my goods I give & bequeath unto Amie my wife whome I make my whole executrix.
