Gives £40 to his wife to buy mourning for her and her two servants William Mayor and Martha Walthall. Also gives her his coach and two coach horses with their harnesses.
Gives £300 to his nephew Fleetwood Dormer of Lincoln's Inn, and a further £300 within twelve months after the birth of his first son.
Gives £10 for mourning to his sister(-in-law) the widow of his deceased brother Doctor Peter Dormer. Made bequests also to her children...
Gives £50 each to his nephew Gabriel Dormer and nieces Sandys, Dawes, Paine and Paddy, children of his brother Peter.
Gives £50 to his nephew the Reverend Mr. Thomas Dawes, the better to enable him to maintain his son at Cambridge University.
Gives to each of his nephews Sr Fleetwood Sheppard and Dormer Sheppard a medal of gold or a piece of plate to the value of £10.
Gives £80 to Fleetwood Dormer, eldest son of his nephew Euseby Dormer of Great Appleby.

Gives £40 to his goddaughter Susannah Busby, to be paid to her when she turns twenty-one or on her day of marriage. Gives £10 to her sister Abigail Busby.
Gives to his nephews Sr William Dormer, Bart, Sr Robert Bartham Bart, Sr John Busby, Knight, Sr James Astry, Kt, Sr Thomas Powys?, Kt, Sr Robert Sheppard, Kt., John Parkhurst, Esq, John S----combe, Esq, and to his friends William Dobbins of Lincoln's Inn, Esq, and George Roberts of Cheltenham, Gent, to each a ring of gold worth 20 shillings.
By deed indented tripartite, dated 15 Jul 1687, he settled his manor of Redgrove Capital Messuage called Arle Court and all other real estate in co. Gloucester, on himself with remainder to his nephew Robert Dormer of Lincoln's Inn, Esq. All the rest of his goods, chattels and real estate in co. Gloucester, he gives to the said Robert Dormer, appointing him sole executor of his last will and testament.
