In 1684 Arnold Warren was a beneficiary of the will of his maternal grandmother Alice Borlase, widow, who left him £100, to be paid to him when he turns twenty-one.
In 1704 Arnold Warren was co-executor and a residuary legatee of his mother's will.

"Here lyeth the body of Arnold Warren, esquire, of the parish of East Greenwich in the county of Kent who died 16th June 1748 aged 69 years. Also the body of Arnold Warren, esquire, son of ye above who died 2nd November 1749 aged 29 years." 3

Gives £10 to his godson Marmaduke Attkins of Stapleford.
Gives 20 guineas to his cousin Lucy Westbrooke.
Gives 20 guineas to Mrs. Jane Norcliffe of Greenwich.
Gives £10 each to his servants.
Gives £10 to the poor of Stapleford (in co. Nottingham).
Gives £10? to the poor of the parish he dies in.
Gives £50 to Elizabeth Attenborow wife of Richard Attenborow if/when she becomes a widow.
Gives £300 to his brother James Warren.
Gives £300 to his brother John Warren.
All the rest of his estate he gives to his only son Arnold. If his son dies without heir male, he then gives the same to his younger brothers, the said James Warren and John Warren.
Appoints his brothers James Warren and John Warren trustees of his son Arnold and co-executors of his last will and testament.
