Appoints Henry Theodosius Brown Collier, Captain of the Royal Navy, sole executor of her last will and testament.
Bequeaths to her three sisters Harriet Collier, Sophia Nicholas and Frances Nicholas £607 3s. 7d. worth of annuities in the Bank of England, to share and share alike.
Bequeaths £664 7s. 6d. worth of annuities in the Bank of England to her sister Elenor Hyndman, along with all her wearing apparel.
Bequeaths to her executor all her furniture, glass, china, books and pictures in Trust to be disposed of among her relatives at his discretion.
Bequeaths her gold chain and diamonds to her niece Harriet Collier.
