Will of Hugh McInnes, late of Arncliffe, Retired School Teacher, written 23 Aug 1932, probate 21 Feb 1933.
THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me HUGH McINNES of Arncliffe AFTER payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Ann Twohill the widow of the late Leo Twohill of North Tumbulgum the sum of One hundred pounds and to my daughter Margaret Jessie Semlisky wife of Gordon Semlisky of Arncliffe the balance of all my property both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever situate. Should my death take place in this State I request my daughter Margaret Jessie with whom I have resided for the past six years to make all my funeral arrangements and the upkeep of my grave. And I hereby appoint my daughter Margaret Jessie sole Executrix of this my Will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty third day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirty two.
