"TN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW SOUTH A WALES—Probate Jurisdiction—In the Will of WILLIAM JOHN McINNES formerly of Arncliffe, Bookkeeper and Accountant, but late of Carool near Murwillumbah in the State of New South Wales, Banana Grower, deceased—Application will be made after fourteen days from the publication hereof that Probate of the Will of the abovenamed deceased may be granted to GORDON BINGHAM SEMLISKY iln the said Will described as Gordon Semlisky, one of the Executors named In the said Will.
