Abstract of the Will of Thomas Stodden of Tolponds in the Parish of Sithney in the County of Cornwall, Tinner, written 23 May 1758, proved 29 May 1769. ²

Gives and bequeaths 1 shilling to his eldest son John Stodden.

Gives and bequeaths 1 shilling to his eldest daughter Jane Gilbert.

Gives and bequeaths £1 1s. to his daughter Ann Stoden.

Gives to his wife Ann Stodden and his youngest son William Stodden his tenement in Tolponds along with his goods and chattels, appointing them co-executors of his last will and testament.
