On 13 May 1915 an indictment was filed in the High Court by the Attorney-General. The indictment was as follows: The Attorney-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, who prosecutes for His Majesty in his behalf, informs the Court and charges that the said Arthur Kidman, Frederick William Page, Arthur George O'Donnell and Edward Leslie did at Sydney in the State of New South Wales between 29th October, 1914 and 8th May, 1915 conspire among themselves and with divers other persons to defraud the Commonwealth of Australia of divers and large sums of money by procuring that the Commonwealth of Australia should pay excessive prices for the supply of goods for the use of His Majesty's armed forces raised by the Commonwealth of Australia.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me ARTHUR GEORGE O'DONNELL of McMahon's Point, North Sydney in the State of New South Wales. I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH unto my wife Florence Louisa O'Donnell and my daughters Stella Florence Crawford and Phillis Maud O'Donnell my real and personal estate in equal shares of one third each and excluding motor Car No. 62-690 (Buick Sedan) registered in my name but purchased and paid for by Joan Sabina Vitkowsky my dear nurse and friend to whom I wish this motor car to be transferred free of any costs charges or liability whatsoever. I DIRECT payment of all my just debts, testamentary and funeral expenses. I REVOKE all former wills by me made and appoint my daughters Stella Florence Crawford and Phyllis Maude O'Donnell of Sydney Executors of this my will. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand this first day of August One thousand nine hundred and thirty two.
