'Go Back to Hubby...
Sydney: - A wife was bound to accept her husband's choice of a home, provided the husband was reasonable, the Chief Justice (Mr. Justice Street) in the State Full Court.
He gave this opinion when the court upheld an appeal by Charles Martin Illidge, of Emmaville, against the dismissal of a restitution suit against Ruth Nea Illidge, also of Emmaville.
A Divorce Court judge who dismissed the the suit had said that he was not satisfied with the sincerity of the petition.
The Full Court gave Mrs. Illidge 21 days to return to her husband.'
