The death took place in a private hospital at Chatswood, on February 28, of Mrs. Norma Bradley, of Emmaville, and formerly of Townsville, Queensland. Deceased was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. D. M. O'Donnell, who lived in Emmaville for over forty years. Deceased is survived by two daughters, Betty and Ruth, two brothers Frank (Newcastle), and Stanley (Emmaville), two step-brothers and six step-sisters...."

I NORMA VASHTI NINA BRADLEY of Townsville in the State of Queensland Widow hereby revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me AND DECLARE this to be my last will and testament. I APPOINT ANDREW GLASS of Rockdale in the State of New South Wales Bank Manager (hereinafter called my trustee) to be the executor and trustee hereof. I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all my estate and property of whatever kind and wherever situate to my said Trustee UPON TRUST that he shall sell call in and convert into money the same or such part thereof as shall not consist of money and after payment of my funeral and testamentary expenses shall invest the residue of the said moneys in any investment or investments authorised by law for an investment of trust funds and shall stand possessed of the residuary trust moneys and the investments for the time being representing the same (hereinafter called the trust funds) in TRUST as to both capital and income thereof to divide the same equally between my two daughters CARMEN ELIZABETH MARY BLUNT and RUTH NEA BLUNT PROVIDED HOWEVER that if either of my children shall have died before me leaving issue which shall survive me then such issue shall take (and if more than one equally between them) the share which his her or their parent would have taken in the trust funds if such parent had survived me. I DECLARE that if and so long as any beneficiary under this my Will shall be under the age of twenty one years my Trustee may apply the income of her share for her maintenance and benefit with liberty to pay the same to her guardian for the purposes aforesaid without being liable to see to the application thereof I AUTHORISE my Trustee to raise at his discretion the whole or any part of the share of such minor and to apply the same for her advancement or preferment as he shall think fit I DECLARE that my Trustee may postpone the sale and conversion of my estate or any part thereof for so long as he shall think fit without being responsible for any loss involuntarily occasioned thereby and may in the meantime manage and carry on the same to the best advantage with power to let or lease any hereditaments for the time being remaining unsold and to raise by mortgage of the trust estate and property money for any purpose connected with my estate and property as he may think advisable. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand at Townsville this twelfth day of May one thousand nine hundred and thirty (1930).

In the Will of Norma Vashti Nina Bradley late of Emmaville in the State of New South Wales (formerly of Townsville in the State of Queensland) Widow deceased - Notice is hereby given that the Second Accounts in the above Estate have this day been filed in my office, Supreme Court Building, King Street, Sydney and all persons having any claim on the said Estate or being otherwise interested therein are hereby required to come in before me at my said office on or before the twenty-fifth day of March next at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon and inspect the same and if they shall think fit object thereto otherwise if the said Accounts be not objected to the same will be examined by me and passed according to law, and Notice is also hereby given that on the allowance of the said Accounts by the Court commission will be applied for on behalf of the Executor.
