THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me ALMA O'DONNELL of Emmaville in the County of New South Wales. I HEREBY revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament. I APPOINT MARGARET O'DONNELL of Emmaville to be Executrix of this my Will and direct that all my just Debts and Funeral and Testamentary Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I GIVE AND BEQUEATH all my property and belongings to my mother Margaret O'Donnell of Emmaville New South Wales DATED this First day of March in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and thirty four. ALMA O'DONNELL.
SIGNED AND DECLARED by the said ALMA O'DONNELL the Testator as and for her last Will in the presence of us etc... L.P. COLLINS, L.L. GLENNIE.
8th? July, 1935. On this date Probate of the last Will and Testament of the said deceased was granted to MARGARET O'DONNELL of Emmaville - Widow, the Executrix named in the said Will. TESTATRIX died on the 11th day of May, 1935. ESTATE sworn at the value of £499. 6.10 nett. 4

Obituary

" MISS A. O'DONNELL

The death occurred in the V.C. Hospital on Saturday morning last of Miss Alma O'Domiell, after a very long illness. Deceased was born in Emmaville 37 years ago, and left with her parents at an early age to live in England. They later returned to Western Australia, and finally settled in Emmaville about 1917.

For the past two years Miss O'Donnell has conducted the newsagency in Emmaville, and was one of the best known and respected business women in the town.

Deceased is survived by her mother, three sisters — Mrs. Milton, Barcaldine; Mrs. Milton, Port Macquarie; Mrs. Parker, Torrington — and two brothers, Messrs. Arthur and Edward, both ol Emmaville.

The funeral took place on Saturday afternoon and was one of the largest seen here for many years, all sections of the community being present. The Rev. H. J. Mills officiated at St. Paul's Church and the grave side...." 3
