ARTWELL FREDERICK. BAILEY.
After a long Illness, Artwell Frederick Bailey died at Dubbo in hospital on Tuesday morning. He was very well known in Trangie where his parents, Mr. and Mrs John Bailey, of Strathfield, lived for years. Born at Cobar, he spent much of his life in Trangie, where a brother and sister are living. He had been an Inmate of the District Hospital for some time.
Maurice and Archie (Dubbo) and Bruce (Trangie) are surviving brothers, sisters being Mrs L. Jones (Geurie), Mrs J. P. Carlin (Trangie), Mrs W. Jones (Sydney) and Mrs E. Kelly (Honeybugle). Deceased is also survived by his parents. He was not married.
The funeral left Shakespeare's funeral parlours yesterday morning for the Anglican Church at Trangie, proceeding to the Trangie cemetery yesterday afternoon. The Rev. J. S. Richards conducted the service at the church and graveside.
Well known in Trangie, the deceased had many friends and to them and the bereaved relatives we extend our deepest sympathy." 3
