At the time of the 1851 England Census Charlotte E. Cordery, aged 31, born in North Brixton Surrey, landowner's wife, and husband Henry Cordery, aged 51, born in Twyford Herts, landowner, were at 2 Albion Place, Ramsgate Kent.

In March 1870 Charlotte Elizabeth Cordery of 9 York-place Richmond in the county of Surrey, widow, was granted Letters of Administration of the personal effects of her late husband Henry Cordery, formerly of Guildford in the county of Surrey but late of Fulham in the county of Middlesex. (Administration with Will of goods unadminstered passed at the Principal Registry May 1881.)

At the time of the 1871 England Census Charlotte E. Cordery, aged 48, born in Bristow Surrey, widow, fund house & land owner, was boarding at 44 Havelock Rd., Holy Trinity Hastings Sussex.

The Will of Charlotte Elizabeth Cordery formerly of 29 Church-road but late of 10 Mount-Ararat-villas both in Richmond in the county of Surrey, widow, who died 27 July 1880 at 10 Mount-Ararat-villas was proved 10 August at the Principal Registry by James Cordery of 11 Ludgate-hill in the City of London, gentleman, the nephew, the sole executor. 4
