"70 Gordon St Paddington 15/12/1913. This is the last Will and testament of I John Francis Fletcher. After all my just debts are paid I give and bequeath to my sister Louisa Fletcher all I am possessed off at my death and I appoint Mr A P Stewart my Executor. JOHN FRANCIS FLETCHER.
