In the 1939 Register Arthur Spackman (b. 2 May 1893), builder's handyman, and wife Elizabeth Spackman (b. 6 Aug 1892), unpaid domestic duties, were living at 367 Elm Park Avenue, Elm Park, Essex. At the same address were [sons] Leslie A Spackman (b. 7 Apr 1922), boy printer warehouse, Arthur A Spackman (b. 16 Jun 1929), at school.
