  Marriage Notes:
"A PRETTY but quiet wedding was celebrated in Wagga last night, when Mr. Alfred Frank Hely, third son of Mr. John Hely, was married to Miss Mary Martin, eldest daughter of the late Mr. J. Martin, of Camden. The Rev. G. A. Carver officiated, and Miss Martha Hely, sister of the bridegroom, was bridesmaid, and Mr. E. A. Patmore best man. The wedding took place at the residence of Mr. E. A. Patmore, Kincaid-street, and there was a large assemblage of relatives and friends. The Town Band, of which the bridegroom is a member, was in attendance during the evening, and played a programme of appropriate music in front of the house where the wedding took place. There was also present a good muster of the Volunteer Fire Brigade, of which institution Mr. Hely is a member. Music and singing was indulged in during the evening, and a pleasant and enjoyable time was spent. The presents to the bride were numerous and costly." 7
