Refers to a bond made between himself and Edward Williams of Gellfawr in the sum of £240 of which £120 with interest he gives & bequeaths to his niece Anne the wife of Francis Parry, Clerk.
All the rest and residue of his personal estate he gives and bequeaths to his nephew Richard Garnons of Carnarvon, Esquire, appointing him the sole executor of his last will and testament.
