DYFFRYNGWYN FARM and ALLTWYD, containing respectively 197a 3r. 36p. and 139a. 1r. 4p. now in the occupation of Mr. Evan Anwyl.
The arable, meadow, pasture and wood Land is of rich quality. There is a valuable Lead Mine on the farm and the buildings, the principal of which have been recently erected and conveniently laid out, are in excellent condition.

In 1851 Evan Anwyl (51) of Towyn, farmer, unmarried, was living in Dyffyn Gwyn, Danddyfryn, Montgomeryshire. Present was sister Elizabeth Anwyl (40) of Towyn, unmarried

In 1861 Evan Anwyl (60) of Towyn, unmarried, was working as a general servant to John & Elizabeth Jones, farmers, in Maesypandy, Cedris, Talyllyn, Merionethshire.
