    Abstract of the Will of Hugh Tydder of Penrhos in the Parish of Penegoes, in the County of Montgomery, proved 29 Oct 1743. 
     Devises to friends and 'Aliesmen' John Poole of Dolgelly, 
      apothecary, and Maurice Owen of Machynnlleth, gent., his messuages, 
      lands and tenements called Penrhos Ucha, Penrhos bach, and Pant y 
      Glo, etc. in t. Iscoed Penegoes, parish Penegoes, in tenures of 
      Edward Pugh, (blank) and testator, to uses (declared) for 200 
      years reserving £7 rentcharge to wife Jane for life, then to son 
      Griffith Tydder, to daughter Anne Tydder, then to wife Jane and 
      heirs.  
    To raise £100 for daughter Anne Tydder at age 21. 
    Personal 
      estate devised to wife Jane (sole executrix).
