Gives & bequeaths all his household furniture and linen to his sister Mary Elizabeth Passingham
Gives his plate to be shared between his said sister and his brother Robert Anwyl.
Gives & bequeaths all his outdoor furniture and implements of husbandry to his said brother Robert, along with his professional & law books, office furniture, wearing apparel.
Gives & bequeaths £50 to his cousin Margaret Jane Anwyl.
Requests that his brother Robert procure handsome mourning rings for his cousins Thomas Pryse Anwyl and Rice Hugh Anwyl.
Gives & bequeaths all of his real estate to his said brother Robert.
Gives & bequeaths £2,000 to his sister Mary Elizabeth Passingham.
Makes, ordains & appoints his uncle Rice Anwyl of Vron and his aforesaid brother Robert co-executors of his last will and testament.
