Abstract of the Will of Owen Anthony Poole of Gorphwysfa in the County of Carnarvon, Gentleman, written 27 Feb 1823, proved 15 Apr 1823.
Gives, devises & bequeaths to his sisters Mary and Anne Poole an annuity of £300, issuing out of all his messuages, tenements and freehold estate, on the condition that they adopt, maintain and provide for his nieces Mary Ann Poole, Elizabeth Poole and Jane Poole so long as they remain unmarried. And should any one of them marry, he gives, devises & bequeaths to the one or ones marrying £500.
Gives & bequeaths £50 to his nephew Owen Poole as well as his sword which he received from Colonel Jones.
Gives, devises & bequeaths £200 to his nephew Henry John Alexander Poole, as well as an annuity or yearly rent charge of £100.
Gives & bequeaths £250 each to his said sisters Mary and Anne Poole.
Gives & devises all his real estate, law books, papers & documents to his nephew Richard Anthony Poole his heirs & assigns for ever, and appoints him sole executor of his last will and testament.
