Abstract of the Will of Mary Poole of Bangor in the County of Carnarvon, Spinster, written 7 May 1839, proved 13 Aug 1839.

Gives & bequeaths £100 each to Evan Lloyd the younger and Edwin William Lloyd (sons of the Reverend Evan Lloyd clerk by Mary Anne his wife deceased)

Gives & bequeaths £100 each to Malcolm and James Matthias infant children of Major Vincent Matthias by Elizabeth his late wife deceased.

Gives & bequeaths £200 to the children of her nephew Owen Poole, to be divided equally among them, share and share alike.

Gives £200 to her niece and goddaughter Maria Mary Poole.

Gives & bequeaths £100 to her nephew Owen Anthony Poole (godson to her late lamented brother).

Gives & bequeaths £400 to her nieces Lucy, Constance, Margaret, Louisa and Caroline (five daughters of her brother William Price Poole), to be equally shared among them.

Gives & bequeaths £200 to the children of her nephew Henry John Alexander Poole, to be equally shared among them.

Gives & bequeaths £25 to her said brother William Price Poole.

Gives & bequeaths £25 to her sister Margaret Eliza Poole, and also her gold watch, two diamond rings, a pair of pearl earrings, a pearl locket, a pearl broach, and a pair of pearl bracelets.

Gives & bequeaths £10 each to her two servants Elizabeth Jones and Mary Evans.

All the rest & residue of her goods, chattels and personal estate she gives & bequeaths to her nephew Richard Anthony Poole and his daughter Elizabeth Anne Poole to be equally shared between them.

Nominates, constitutes & appoints the said Richard Anthony Poole the sole executor of her last will and testament.
