Gives & devises all those messuages, lands & tenements with their appurtenances in the townships of Crickieth, Botend, Berkin and elsewhere, with their associated deeds, evidences & writings, to his son Ellis Anwill, gent. for and during the term of his natural life, and after his decease, to his grandson Maurice Anwill, son of the said Ellis Anwill.
