Gives & bequeaths 12 pence towards the reparation of the Cathedral church of Bangor.

Gives & bequeaths 12 pence towards the reparation of the church of Bethkelert.

Gives & devises all those messuages, lands & tenements with their appurtenances in the townships of Crickieth, Botend, Berkin and elsewhere, with their associated deeds, evidences & writings, to his son Ellis Anwill, gent. for and during the term of his natural life, and after his decease, to his grandson Maurice Anwill, son of the said Ellis Anwill.

Gives & bequeaths £24 to his son Ellis Anwill.

Gives & bequeaths £180 to his son Lewis Anwill.

Gives & bequeaths £180 to his son Richard Anwill.

Gives & bequeaths 5 shillings to his son Robert Anwill.

Gives & bequeaths £18 to his grandchild Katherine Lewis, one of the daughters of his son-in-law Ellis Lewis, gent.
