Mary Holland wife of Jeffrey Holland Esqr and lawful sister and next of kin of Margaret Wynne late of Denbigh in the county of Denbigh, spinter, deceased, renounces acquits and disclaims all right, title or interest that she has to Letters of Administration of the goods and chattels and personal estate of the said Margaret Wynne her late sister deceased, and prays that Letters of Administration be granted to John Wynne the younger of Coed Côch Esqr, nephew & next of kin of the said deceased. Gives, leaves & bequeaths £20 to her grandson David Lloyd eldest son of her late daughter Catherine Lloyd deceased.
Gives, leaves & bequeaths £50 to her grandson Holland Lloyd second son of her late daughter Catherine.
All the rest and residue of her personal estate & effects she leaves to her only surviving daughter Margaret Holland whom she nominates, constitutes & appoints sole Executrix of her last will and testament.
