Abstract of the Will of Griffith Evans of Tymawr in the Parish of Towyn, Gentleman, written 3 Feb 1823, proved 26 Nov 1833. 3
Gives and devises all his messuages, tenements and lands with the appurtenances in Bryn----- and Ddaetymorllyn? in Towyn currently occupied by John Vaughan & Lewis Vaughan to Evan Jones of Sythlyn Montgomery Gentleman and David Jones of Towyn Merioneth Gentleman and their heirs in trust, such that his beloved wife Mary may receive an annuity arising out of the rents, issues and profits of the said premises and hereditaments, paid to her twice a year on the 25th March and the 29th September
Gives and devises a third part of the said premises to his eldest son Griffith Evans, his heirs and assigns
Gives and devises a third part of the said premises to his son Evan Evans, his heirs and assigns
Gives and devises a third part of the said premises to his son John Evans, his heirs and assigns
Gives and bequeaths £800 in trust to the said Evan Jones and David Jones to invest said amount in the purchase of parliamentary stocks or funds, paying the interest arising from the said principal money to his daughter Mary now the wife of Griffith Evans the younger late of Dolegwynne Gentleman
Wills that should his daughter Mary die, the said Evan Jones and David Jones shall transfer the £800 and the associated funds or securities to her child or children.
Gives and bequeaths the rest, residue and remainder of his personal property equally between his sons Griffith Evans, Evan Evans and John Evans, share and share alike.
Nominates, constitutes and appoints his sons Griffith, Evan and John as joint executors of his last Will and Testament.
