Gives & bequeaths £50 to his wife Margaret Lewis, being the moiety or part of the sum due to him from his brother Edward Owen
Gives & bequeaths £50 to his daughter Ellin Owen, being the moiety or other part of the sum due to him from his brother Edward Owen
Gives the rest, residue and remainder of his goods, cattle, chattels, furniture, stock and personal estate to his wife and daughter to be divided equally between them
Appoints his wife Margaret as sole Executrix of his last Will and Testament.
Appoints Lewis Jones, glover, and Howel Parry of Dolgelley to assist his wife in the execution of his Will.
