- Gives & bequeaths £100 to his niece Mary Owen daughter of his brother Robert Owen.

- Gives & devises all his personal & real estate to his brother Robert Owen and after his death to his Robert's son Lewis Owen and his heirs forever.

- Appoints his brother Robert Owen Executor of his last Will and Testament.
