Hailsham Funeral
The funeral took place at Hailsham on Monday of Miss Mercy Roberts, of 2, Eastwell-place, a resident of the town for a number of years, who died on Thursday last week at the age of 82 years. The service was conducted by the Rev. D. Garnett Benson, the first part being at the Methodist Church, and the interment was at the cemetery.
The mourners were Mr. J. Holter, Mr. W. Holter, Mr. and Mrs. E. Holter, Mr. and Mrs. H. Farmer, and Mrs. A. Bryant (nephews and neices), Mrs. D. Hunnisett and Mrs. J. Wood....
