In 1861 Frederick Spackman, aged 12, born in Wootton Bassett Wilts, was with his parents at 10 Ann Street North, Newington St. Mary Surrey.

In 1871 Frederick Spackman, aged 23, born in Wootton Bassett Wilts, unmarried, plasterer, was lodging in Wood Street, Wootton Bassett.

In 1881 Frederick Spackman, aged 32, born in Wootton Bassett Wilts, plasterer, and wife Edith, aged 34, born in Lambeth Surrey, were living at 309 East St., Southwark St. George the Martyr, Surrey. Present were children (born in Lambeth Surrey) Fredrk. (7), scholar, and Edith (5), scholar.

Not with his family at the time of the 1891 Census.

In 1901 Frederick Spackman, aged 53, born in Wiltshire, plasterer, and wife Edith, aged 54, born in Surrey, were living at 57 Sutherland St., Middlesbrough Yorkshire. With them was daughter Rose (17) of Surrey.

BREAKING A P.C.'S TEETH

Frederick Spackman, a plasterer, was charged at Clerkenwell to-day, with assaulting Wm. Ayres, of the Salvation Army, and Police-Constable Giles.

Prisoner was loading a van at the North-street Shelter, Clerkenwell, under the supervision of Ayres, whom he knocked down. A constable was called, and prisoner treated him the same way, breaking two of the policeman's teeth.

Mr. Baggallay sent prisoner to gaol for two months.
