At the time of the 1861 England Census Ann Spackman, aged 53, born in Guiting Power Gloster., widow, annuitant, was living at 30 Portland Sq., Cheltenham Gloucestershire. With her were children (born in Cheltenham) Joyce (21), unmarried, milliner, Ann M (19), unmarried, schoolmistress, Eli T (16), scholar, Mary H (14), scholar, and Elizabeth J (11), scholar.
At the time of the 1881 England Census Ann Spackman, aged 73, born in Guiting Power Glostershire, widow, annuitant, was living at 30 Portland Sq., Cheltenham Gloucestershire.
