Amelia's age is understated by 6 years in the 1851 Census, by 7 years at the time of her marriage, by 7 years again in 1861, by 11 years in 1881, by 4 years in 1891 and 3 years in 1901. It's not surprising, therefore, that the informant on Amelia's death overstated her age by 3 years.
