Gives & bequeaths to his son Joseph the tenement where he now lives including the garden.
Gives & bequeaths to his son John the old house, the garden and all its outhouses and buildings.
Gives & bequeaths to his wife all his household goods and the produce of all his estate for her maintenance and that of his sons Joseph and John.
Constitutes and appoints his son Thomas Greenaway and John Gale the Elder of Cliff Pypard executors in Trust of his last will and testament
And if his sons Joseph and John should die without heirs, then he give & bequeaths all his houses etc to John Greenaway son of his son Thomas Greenaway.
