In 1859 William Parham Warman was a witness at the marriage of his sister Emma Warman to Thomas Hill of Purton.

In 1861 William P. Warman, aged 34, born in Purton, farmer of 100 acres, was with his widowed mother in Red Street Purton.

In 1871 William Warman, aged 44, born in Purton, farmer of 130 acres employing 3 men & 1 boy, was living in Nore Marsh Road, Wootton Bassett. With him were servants Emma White (30) of Tockenham, unmarried, Ellen Winchcomb (13) of Wootton Bassett.

In 1881 William Warman, aged 54, born in Purton, labourer at GWR, and wife Emma, aged 39, born in Tockenham were living at 23 Byron St Swindon. With them were children (born in Wootton Bassett): Agnes M. (12), William (10), scholar, Sidney (9), scholar, Herbert (7), scholar, and born in Swindon: Harry (3), scholar, Aurther (1).

In 1891 William P Warman, aged 64, born in Purton, labourer in carriage works, widower, was living at 35 Albert St., Swindon. With him were children Agnes J (22) of Wootton Bassett, housekeeper, Harry (13) of Swindon.

In May 1891 William Parham Warman was present at the marriage of his daughter Agnes to Frederick John Ball in Swindon.
