In his father's Will (written 1767) Giles was bequeathed his tenement in Wootton Bassett where [Giles's uncle] Thomas Maskelyne was living.

Giles was bequeathed £20 in the Will of his brother John Maskelyne of Harris Crofts in Wootton Bassett, yeoman (written 1774).

Giles was bequeathed £10 or 40 shillings a year over five years in the Will of his brother William Maskelyne of Harris Crofts in Wootton Bassett, yeoman (written 1777).

Named as a beneficiary in his mother's Will (written 1800).
