Gives, devises & bequeaths to his mother, Martha Maskelyne, his messuage or tenement with its outhouses and garden ground in Wootton Bassett. He also gives to her all monies invested in stock and personal estate he is entitled to by virtue of the last will and testament of his late father, John Maskelyne.
After the death of his mother he wills his said messuage or tenement with its outhouses and garden ground to his brother Thomas Maskelyne and his heirs, on the condition that Thomas pay his brother Giles Maskelyne £10 or 40 shillings a year over five years.
After the death of his mother he wills the said monies invested in stock and personal estate to his sister Anne Mundee.
Nominates and appoints his said mother, Martha Maskelyne, as sole executrix of his last will and testament.
